Projects worked on:
An executive search project for a European telecoms business to strengthen their executive and leadership board. This facilitated a smooth internal organisational change and enabled the company to push on with bringing exciting new technology to market.
Following the acquisition and merger of three separate international marketing companies to create a newly formed full-service global marketing business, partnered with senior stakeholders to design, build and implement a unique and innovative employer brand to uphold the values of the existing talent; then used this employer brand to create and deliver an engaging recruitment marketing programme to attain Employer of Choice status and attract new talent to the organisation.
Working with a national retailer to assess, review and improve its recruitment process, including the candidate journey and the role played by hiring managers and all other parties. This developed into the review, recommendation and build of new recruitment technology used to support and improve the existing process, including an ATS and building job-specific selection tool kits to assess experience, skill set and aptitude.
While working in the hospitality industry, designed and delivered multi-level educational programmes for a multinational chain’s hiring teams. In order to deliver the best possible recruitment outcomes, this also took into account cultural differences, encouraging inclusion and diversity in sourcing and selection methodologies, as well as interview techniques and using body language positively.
