Liz has spent much of her career in the hospitality and retail environment, giving her a solid grounding in the complexities and pace at which payrolls in those sectors need to work. From weekly to monthly, and from 10 to 2000 employees, there isn’t a payroll solution that Liz doesn’t understand or can’t apply herself to.
She also has substantial experience in the manufacturing and IT security industries, having worked in both teams and stand-alone positions. Liz can operate UK and EMEA payrolls and has extensive working knowledge of implementing new payroll solutions, changing payroll solutions within a TUPE situation and changing in-house payroll providers.

Liz is able to strategically determine the best practices to complement existing payroll requirements and post-TUPE payroll requirements. This ensures minimal impact on employees and employers, and seamless transitions. Liz is able to move payroll frequencies to your requirements incorporating all legal aspects of the planned move. Being CIPD-qualified, Liz leaves no stone unturned or leaves any room for any legal suits to arise from your TUPE process.
Systems Implementation – Liz has experience in helping clients change their current payroll/HR systems to their desired requirements. As well as helping clients bring their payroll back in-house, she has also enabled clients to outsource their payroll systems, providing first-class support and project management. Liz is able to liaise with all people at all levels on the project, putting the company and employees first to ensure that set targets are always achieved.
In-House Payroll – Liz has extensive experience running various payroll frequencies (monthly, weekly, fortnightly) from beginning to end, and can take care of your entire employee lifecycle whilst simultaneously ensuring all your HMRC and pension requirements are met as an employer.
