Excelling in organisation and strategic change management with a strong L&D background, Debbie has led significant projects including the set-up of the first International Learning and Development Academy for a major global brand and the development of the first sector-wide People Development strategy in high-performance sport.

Large organisational redesign and restructure in the face of funding and revenue losses to allow the business to become more streamlined, efficient and innovative; then created a leaner and more effective leadership structure responsible for delivering various world-class industry programmes.
Design, development and delivery of values-led leadership development for middle managers, resulting in effective and positive leadership behaviours, improved staff retention and engagement, and ongoing follow-up coaching with managers so that they could cascade their leadership development to managers below them.
HR Transformation Programme to transform company-wide HR processes and practices across 9 sites; identified and overhauled policy, recruitment and onboarding as key priorities to deliver maximum benefit, and implemented a systems/technology approach to drive greater efficiencies.
