Strategic and commercially focused, she has headed up major business transformations and policy implementations in the delivery of highly effective system, process and people outcomes.

Projects worked on:

Global Job Evaluation review initiative, defining all the roles in the business alongside the criteria that the roles were to be assessed against, assessing and grading them, followed by salary and rewards benchmarking for each role and defining a comms plan to roll out the new structure.

Implementation of organisation-wide global systems including a new employee engagement survey platform across 21 countries – on spec and to deadline – that achieved an above-target respondent completion rate of 86%.

Transitioning a Talent Acquisition Platform from legacy paper-based to a fully online system that promoted an enhanced candidate experience, improved time to hire, significantly reduced costs and improved management oversight.

New learning management system to meet rigorous FDA quality and compliance standards that enabled full visibility and traceability of employees’ learning journeys and role competencies for audit purposes.

Large Change Management Programme comprising review of terms and conditions and issuance of new contracts for over 500 employees, and merging of multiple contract structures and terms (with 100% acceptance and no legal challenges).

Multiple department reorganisations – from organisational design to implementation within R&D, commercial and operational areas; and new office openings in Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Portugal, Brazil and Mexico.

All aspects of due diligence for multiple HR processes including refinancing and sale for a PE-backed company within a demanding timeframe, including pre-due diligence review and compliance of all employee-related elements, and post-acquisition support and development of communications and engagement.
